Move — Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 8, 2026
The short version
Move collects nothing about you. No accounts, no servers, no analytics, no ads, no tracking. Everything the app works with stays on your iPhone — and in Apple Health, if you allow it.
What Move accesses
With your permission, Move uses Apple Health: it reads your completed workouts to show your training time, and — only if you turn it on — your daily step count. When you log a session by hand, Move saves that session to Apple Health so it lives with your other workouts. Move only ever removes sessions it created itself. Move does not access your camera, photos, location, contacts, or microphone.
Where your data lives
Your workouts live in Apple Health and in a small copy stored locally on your device. Move has no servers, no iCloud storage of its own, and no remote database — nothing is uploaded. (Apple Health may sync across your own devices if you have enabled that in iOS; that is controlled by your Apple settings, not by Move.)
No third parties
Move contains no analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, or attribution tools, and no third-party code of any kind. No one else receives your data, because your data never leaves your device.
No accounts
Move has no sign-in and never asks for your name, email, or any identifier.
Children
Because Move collects no data at all, it collects no data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
